You are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the property during scheduled service dates.

Clients must disclose any known property conditions that may impact the project, including underground utilities, drainage issues, irrigation lines, septic systems, or structural concerns.

4. Cancellations & Project Changes

Project cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation terms may vary depending on project size and materials already ordered.

Any requested changes to the agreed scope of work may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. Change orders must be approved in writing before additional work begins.

5. Warranties & Liability

Skywood Landscaping is licensed, insured, and bonded, and we take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

We are not liable for damages resulting from unforeseen site conditions, hidden utilities, acts of nature, extreme weather, pre-existing property issues, delays in material supply, or other factors outside of our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Skywood Landscaping harmless from claims arising out of misuse of our services or failure to disclose relevant property conditions.
